Love coming to this store. I travel from peel to purchase my defusers here. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful, the store is always neat and well presented and they have a great range of products too.

5/5 went in shop around 9.30am ..the 2 shop assistants were talking general gossip ignored me and finished their conversation..I was the only customer..I purchased my cigarettes she had no idea of prices and continued to talk to her work mate while serving me..I consider this really bad service

Going to my local smokemart store is always a great experience, staff are super amazing, very knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely helpful, several of the staff make the effort to get to know the regular customers which is fantastic. Love seeing the bright bubbly friendly attitude when going in store.

so, attended this shop today the 20/4/2022and stood waiting to be served. had to alert the two ladies in the shop that i was there waiting. they had not realised i was there waiting for some time as they were both sitting at the far end of counter both on their phones oblivious i was there waiting. once i let them know i was waiting to be served. and i got no sorry at all just a hurumfff. most unproffesonal.

After purchasing ciggerettes today the EFTPOS machine supposedly timed out during my transaction making my purchase decline even though it was showing the correct amount withdraw via app & over phone with my bank I was told by store assistant, I need to do transaction again & I have to wait for bank to bounce it back. Never have I been treat so disgustingly to the point I was made to feel like I was in the wrong like a thief to top it off she kept serving people whilst I was waiting to get it sorted. I will never shop here again, my money better be back in my account as she explained.

By far the best shop for my cigarettes and small gifts. Alisha and Sara always know what I am going to buy and quite often even have them out ready for me as I am usually right near closing. They always know the best and cheapest options for what I like also. Is actually disappointing when I can’t get there in time. Great knowledge and faultless service!!!
